Pizza had good flavor. Crust was delicious but was floppy as most margarita pie are.

Lackluster Neapolitan pizza with minimal flavor. Meh.

Got the Margherita. Cheese was very good, sauce tasty. Crust was also nice and airy, slight char. Only negative was that it was a little floppy despite being a super thin pie. Still, solid pizza, would return when back in Moab.

I ordered the margarita pizza with chicken. The crust could’ve been a little crispier great sauce great mozzarella. Overall great pizza.

Quality pie, fresh taste. Cheese is superior, light sweet sauce, stretchy chewy crust with wood fired flavor.

🍕OK so how about a 6.5 This pizza is really not for me!! "one bite everyone knows the rules" My boy Jase gave it a 4.0 I said 6.5 in the video so I'm gonna stick with 6.5 but I'm not even sure that's accurate, maybe a 6.0 First off the pizza sauce is not good and there's not much of it. The crust is super thin but it's a floppy mess, the crust of the pizza is actually pretty damn good and the undercarriage was nice. My buddy Jay didn't like how it was burnt but I thought it was really good at crispy. 🍕OK so how about a 6.5 This pizza is really not for me!!

Typical Neapolitan…..FLOPPY but good flavor.

The sauce has a bit of a bitter acidic taste. The cheese was good but the dough was a bit tough and not in the chewy Neapolitan style. All said it's still the best pizza in Moab.

Alittle too floppy, for a restaurant that boasts a super hot authentic oven I expected a little crisp. That being said the flavor is delicious. The cheese to sauce to topping ratio is perfect. They only come in one size but that made use order and try 2, great signature pies. The bread/crisp could be better.

Another reminder that the Margherita is not my favorite style of pizza. Even if cooked in a wood fired oven. Kudos for making your own motz, but I should have tried the version with Buffalo motz. Crust was okay but major flop with the cheese dropping off. Just didn’t do it for me. Sauce did not stand out and all. And if you are going to do a margherita, three leaves of basil doesn’t cut it. Rats, I was really in the mood for pizza, but this was disappointing.

Great sauce, cheese and char but needed crispier crust. Obvious quality ingredients. Should have asked for well done.

Crusty was great. Good chew to it. Sauce was too thin and not enough flavor. Cheese was basic and not melted enough.

Second time visiting. Rated pizza 7.9 on the first visit and felt that it was even better the second time around. Excellent pizza and a must try when in Moab.
