One of the best napoleon pizzas I’ve eaten. Perfect thin crust with no flop. The mozzarella does not slide on pick up. Sauce bursts and you can taste the tomato. Excellent pizza would recommend

Wonderful flavor and fantastic crisp. ZERO FLOP. My wife and I shared a margarita and whatever their special was (which is why in the picture half of the pie is plain and the other half is covered with asparagus and I think is sort of zucchini flower filled with cheese). It’s off the beat and path in Florence and far away from the touristy spots but it was 100% worth it. Excellent pizza.
