I was looking forward to reviewing this place because it’s claimed to have won awards for its pizza. Well…. I am not too sure what all the hoopla is about myself. First thing, it could have been cooked a bit more on the bottom side, for my liking at least. The crust had good taste, but could have spent a few more minutes in the cooker. Just to give it a little more firmness and texture, a little more crisp, crunch whatever you want to call it. Sauce was pretty decent, but again it just fell short of raising your eyebrows good. I was left wanting something more. Cheese was laid on right, and seemed to be cooked pretty nice on the topside, but again it was just lacking that something to make you want it more. I don’t know, I just didn’t get it I guess. Now, it was not bad pizza, but it was not great pizza. I was looking for award winning stuff and got meh.. Now, “meh” is not what is deserves, it is a decent pie overall, just not knock your socks off stuff. Maybe another try another time? A second review? We shall see.
