Anzio's Brick Oven Pizza

This is advertised as brick oven, but it is more like Neapolitan. To that point it is flop city and kind of a hot mess eating it. That being said, I put more stock in the flavor than the crust or ease of eating. This is not amazing, but definitely above average when compared to the very meh Greek pizza that the area is littered with.

Food truck. Taste overall was okay but way too much sauce for my taste and very soft, no crisp at all! Mediocre at best overall.

Anzios never disappoints. Cheese is fresh and the sauce is perfect. I know this is thin crust by definition but would like for once not to use a knife and fork.

Very good crust & cheese. Overall really good pie. Could maybe use more sauce.

This pizza is really good! Mabey just a little heavy? Nice sauce and cheese with a really fresh crust that has nice char with some crisp in the bubbles but it's a soft almost fresh baked bread crust...I really enjoyed this pizza if your in the area it's definitely worth a try! ....If it had some more crunch it would rate much higher

Looking at it, you’d think there’s no way this had flop. You’d be so wrong. I ordered it well done, looks well done, but the center is raw. It’s crazy. If it wasn’t I could easily give it a 7.8

Lot of flop, could have used a few more minutes in the oven. Overall, the flavor is there just missing the crunch you would expect on wood fired pizza

Nice large floppy slice. Great taste from sauce and cheese. Might be a bit to much oil on top.

I think I caught them on an off night. Pizza was undercooked so a bit floppy. Sauce is excellent but the cheese is a little too salty for me.

One bite everybody knows the rules! Great undercarriage, very fresh ingredients, but the sauce was a little too watery but still tasty. I loved the spices on the meats but it kind of made the pizza greasy. They have a lot of potential

Undercooked would be amazing if it was cooked and not rushed

Was hoping for good things based off the reviews and $14 cost for a small pizza but BIG disappointment....just seemed there was no love put into making it...maybe the employee who made had an "off" day, the slices were cut unevenly... it was so soft and floppy the cheese just dripped off the slice when i picked it up...the pepperoni was delicious...id be willing to give it another shot tho

Solid pie. Little heavy on the flop but good quality all around.
