Apizza Brooklyn

Gotta be some of the best Brooklyn style pizza in Miami.

Really good Brooklyn style pizza

Light pizza, crust was underwhelming, mid texture.

Sauce was good cheese was ehh. Just a pretty below average pie.

Had the neapolitan, it was great!

good sauce and cheese, but bad bread

Good quality pie. Cooked well - not doughy. Gave the cheese a 7.3, but the sausage and spinach was better (7.6). If you're a sausage lover in the area, try it😳. The spinach didn't make the pie soggy too... Overall, decent place to grab a pie.

Reminds me of NYC. Good taste, fantastic crispy crust, which is good on its own. Add the sauce and cheese, fricken good.

Damn good for Miami!

Came separated in the box like the driver didn’t care but the pizza was crispy and good NY style pizza.

Tried both the NY Style Traditional Plain Pie and the Margherita Neapolitan 12” pies with a friend. The 7.1 score is indicative the cumulative experience, with the Neapolitan honestly weighing down the average. It might just not be my preferred style, but I wasn’t a big fan of the pitiful amount of cheese and felt the charred parts of the pie were often overpowering. The New York style, though...now, that’s good stuff. I don’t always hone in on the sauce, but this was really good sauce. Good crust. Presentation is simple but nice. I may go bigger next time (18”) and go for some extra cheese in future visits, but overall a great traditional plain cheese. If I based it off that pie alone, this would be a higher score. Location itself is cool and the staff were all very attentive and nice.

Thin crust goodness

This is a review for the traditional cheese pie from their Bird Road location. I already reviewed their Margarita pie from their original Pinecrest location.

Love Dave but he was off on this one. That’s a review.

This crust, thin cheese. Would like a little more sauce but overall a terrific pizza.

Great Customer Service

My first of many, One Bite Reviews, thanks to @pizzageneral, @general13 APizza Brooklyn, one bite 8.5. I have lived in Florida 34 years, best Pizza in Florida so far. Their NY style plain cheese, well done, is great. The crust is light super thin, crispy and NO FLOP. Top notch sauce, high quality cheese. I would drive, an hour each way again, to have it.
