The less toppings; the better. Wish my one bite was their cheese pie. Score would be higher. This is the Hwy 1 a loaded pie. Lots of “wet” ingredients that should have been par cooked before topping the pie (mushrooms, peppers, tomatoes) and less sauce should be used. Beyond floppy. The middle of the pie was sloppy wet and not fully cooked. All the cheese and toppings were steamed consequently and slid off the bread at pull. The cheese pie also needed to be in the oven another minute. Pro tip: ask for well done. Ask for an extra minute in the oven. Then it will be an apizza and not a pizza
