APIZZA: Dyker Pizza Company

Very good pizza. No flop and good undercarriage. Definitely worth ordering again.

This review is for the new place at this location. Dyker Pizza Company, the Dyker Pie. Shredded mozzarella and tomatoe.

Ok so this is no longer Mia Zia’s it’s called Dyker Heights Pizza Company. I really enjoyed this spot. The pizza is made with super fresh ingredients and sourdough flour. The pizza maker Danny is fantastic. He cares about his craft; the Sicilian uses a smoked mozzeralla which I normally don’t enjoy but worked really well on the slice. I will def be back, I was struggling with this score but decided to go with 8.1 because we don’t do rookie scores.

Stunningly mediocre. Will suffice if you are facing starvation, but there are better options within walking distance. Nice looking place, sauce was nonexistent, crust was average at best and the cheese did not have much flavor. Sorry, have to be honest. Everybody knows the rules.
