Ok so this is no longer Mia Zia’s it’s called Dyker Heights Pizza Company. I really enjoyed this spot. The pizza is made with super fresh ingredients and sourdough flour. The pizza maker Danny is fantastic. He cares about his craft; the Sicilian uses a smoked mozzeralla which I normally don’t enjoy but worked really well on the slice. I will def be back, I was struggling with this score but decided to go with 8.1 because we don’t do rookie scores.
