Pizza Review
I've been dying to visit Apizza. It's been so many times. Yet so far. If you know, Syracuse, the restaurant across the street is a huge draw. But I made it my destination tonight. You walk in the front door, the oven just hit you in the face. Beautiful! I must've had drool coming down my face. Because the Pizzaiolo zeroed in on me looking at the oven. I went over to him and told him it's been a very long dream to come here. I took a seat at the bar. The bartender was amazing. Justin, I believe. The Pizzaiolo came over to me at the bar. And chatted with me. I asked him what to have. He told me. When the pies came, they were amazing. The crust was exactly what it should be for a woodfired oven pie. Airy. Crispy. Chard. Afuckimazing. A MUST VISIT.
