It’s all about the sauce - nice and sweet. Light and airy crust with just enough crunch. Whether it’s plain cheese or with toppings, it’s fresh, great tasting ingredients. Coming from a Chicagoan (pizza capital of US), this pizza is great

A tad greasy but what do you expect with a sausage/pepperoni? 8.3, professional score. Easily Portland’s best.

If Portland slings a better pie, I haven’t tasted it. It does everything right and nothing wrong, ingredients and craftsmanship all indicate a dedication to quality. Spicy italian sausage/hot cherry peppers for the win. This stands up to anything I’ve had in NY/NJ.

Big time flop, not a fan of that aspect of the pie but at the end of the day still one of the best in Portland.

Pretty big flop - the dough is great, sauce and cheese are on point - good tang, light char - Very good though - maybe not drive 45 min but 15 min drive worth it!

I’m a Chicago- Portland transplant. Been here 3 years and have had some good pizza and some horrible pizza. Apizza Scholls puts it down. This is the BEST I’ve had here. I could talk about this all day but if this is your style pizza, please believe it will knock your fuckin socks off.

A little altered, it was a 25 minute drive home and I didn’t not try a piece in the car when it was fresh and hot. Buttttt that’s saying a lot to still rate this high. The sauce, cheese, thin crust and little flop even as an 18in pie! Doughier crust. Currently 3rd place in my rankings, will be back shortly!

Best pizza in Oregon , perfectly crispy and perfect flip. Nice subtle sauce and not an overwhelming amount of cheese , close to perfect !

If I was on death row I would eat this pizza as my last meal.... It is beyond amazing and I’ve eaten a ton of Pizza including some of the best places in New York.

It’s good. But you don’t call yourself APIZZA if you don’t use a coal oven. And the POOFY outer crust don’t not resemble new haven APIZZA. Good cheese and sauce though.

Fantastic Pizza, nice crisp, little greasy but great sauce. Also a bit expensive
