Grab yourself a Detroit slice too.

This pizza is very hyped up because of Dave’s visit. He overrated this pizza. I had the thick crust first. The sauce was the best part - tangy with a little spice. I waited 15 minutes for a fresh cheese slice. Yes, the same good sauce was used, but appreciably less so that the cheese could be featured on top of the thin slice. The problem with the cheese was that it had a somewhat flavorless taste and needed salt. Overall, this place is good and not great. If you are local, this can be your go-to in the 7’s. I wouldn’t travel here to get it again, so it can’t be in the 8’s for me. That’s a review.

Best pizza in LA. Super fresh and tasty sauce, love it a lot. Good crunch but still a little floppy. Cheese was good nothing too crazy, pepperoni left a bit to be desired. All around fantastic pizza, must go to in LA but be prepared to spend a few hours!!

Really great pizza. A little greasier than my liking but still a nearly perfect cheese pizza

Best pizza on the West Coast. The Adonis was incredible. Standard cheese was phenomenal as well!

Now as I say: I don't count papa John's and lik Caesars etc as pizza. Only the greats. Weird Hours Cash only!! This pizza I really really like. The crust has a nice crunch that can be heard down Wilshire. The dough was nice bit undercarriage was a bit lacking. Had a nice pull and bit of a crunch though. The sauce was good, sweet, subtle yet savory. Cheese had a nicw flavor as well. Got the 93' i believe. Will be going back.

Great pizza. Awesome crust. Great balance between sauce and cheese.

So far so good. Great square. Maybe one of the crispiest I’ve ever head. Onto the round pie…

Apollonia’s pizza was only serving the square pies for some reason this week. The round pie is on a whole other level. The square pizza was trying too hard to be “artisan”. Under the cheese was a weirdly tangy pesto type sauce that completely overwhelms the pie. Each pizza costs 40 dollars for something that isn’t worth half that. I really hope Apollonia’s didn’t let the hype get to their head

Lots of flavor here. Crunchy, chewy, very thin pizza with a hefty smokily crust. Easy to eat a lot. Tasty. This was the thin pizza.

Really great crispy pie. Had a slice of pepperoni dtown too. I’d give them both the same score

This place takes its pizza seriously. Crisp, no flop, thin and taste great. The best I have had in Los Angeles to date.

If this pizza was gas it would be 91 unleaded with Techron and I’d be happy paying 8 bucks a gallon for it. 9.01 (not a rookie score)

It’s very good pizza but they put garlic in the standard red sauce which is a no no so there’s a full point deduction on that.

It had a good flavor but it was greasy and had a floppy bottom. The crust had a nice crunch.
