Parking was difficult and lots of traffic in the area. Also, they only had pepperoni slices left (for the NY style). Unfortunately couldn’t avoid penalizing the score for these reason. Undercarriage was decent, but lots of grease and truthfully I’m not a wet pizza guy. Decent crunch and mild flop. I think if I had ordered a fresh pie the score could’ve been much higher. The highlight was the Michigan style pizza. Insane crunch and tasty sauce. If I come back, it’ll be for this one. That’s a review

Outstanding NY style slice for LA! Having been to some of the best spots in Brooklyn I think this competes! The square slice I had with ricotta and hot honey was to die for as well. Check it out!

It’s the closest I’ve had to an authentic NY slice in LA, and I’ve tried (almost) all of the noteworthy spots. Outstanding crisp, flavorful sauce, and zero flop.

We got a slice of cheese, slice of pepperoni and square style pepperoni. For the slices, one of the better NY style slices I’ve had in LA. Crust was super thin and crunchy. Pizza sauce super flavorful. For pepperoni square slice, basil and marinara really tied flavor together. Perfect bake on the square Detroit style crust. Gets pretty busy in there so be prepared to wait a bit.

Moved here from CT 12 years ago and I definite agree, the best pizza in Los Angeles or at least the best I’ve had since living here!!. The crust is amazing with a perfect crunch to it!
