Apollonia's Pizzeria

Apollonia’s pizza was only serving the square pies for some reason this week. The round pie is on a whole other level. The square pizza was trying too hard to be “artisan”. Under the cheese was a weirdly tangy pesto type sauce that completely overwhelms the pie. Each pizza costs 40 dollars for something that isn’t worth half that. I really hope Apollonia’s didn’t let the hype get to their head
