I think because the vibe is so fancy-schmancy you fell obligated to give this pizza a good score. Let’s be real here this is NOT your traditional pie. These are very unique recipes with some non-traditional ingredients. I had the short rib pizza and was pretty good with little to no flop, good crisp and light dough. It was tasty with the blue cheese dressing but was like eating a short rib sandwich on pizza dough. My son got the House pizza and was flop city! This was the closest to a traditional pizza on the menu and fell short in many mays. The wife got the Tart Flambee and tbh it is a flatbread and not a pizza. Wedge salad was bomb though.
