Archetype Pizza

Just no. Hard as a rock. Taste was OK but in all it was just saucy cardboard.

This was an absolute disaster. Overdone pie that shouldn’t have even left the kitchen. No taste, over cooked, can’t even eat the crust. Stay away from the regular pie.

Very good, nice and crispy w/ Zero flop. If the sauce was sweeter I’d put it into the 8’s.

Pizza came cold but that’s Grub Hubs fault. I won’t be ranking based on that. The crust is thin but excellent undercarriage. Flavor is also on point and would be elevated if it was hotter.

Great dough, zero flop, light, super crispy, great flavor on the round. The Detroit’s are excellent! Had the Mac Attack and it was great!

Not a lot of flavor. Nice crunch and just the right amount of cheese. It was just lacking taste.

Detroit style pizza is quite tasty

The truer rating is below an 8. All things considered, they’re close. So we got two pies, one regular with 1/2 pep, and a White Pizza. For the plain pie 1/2 pep: The cheese and sauce are decent, but the crust is a bit off. Thicker than it needs to be and pretty bland. But oddly, every few bites and especially nearer the crust, there’s an interestingly fabulous taste. No need for the shaved Parmesan cheese either. ? Doesn’t add anything and might actually be disguising that really good taste on the few bites that got me excited. The white pizza pie, not so much; had garlic but again, crust bland and a tad bit “cardboardy” . Decent enough to be mid 7’s but not in the 8 category. Kudos to Percy, our server. A delightful person who handled the restaurant very well for being the only server on on a somewhat crowded Saturday late afternoon. A 9.1 for Percy.
