Arriana’s is a great local option. The crust was the perfect thickness; not too thin, not too fat. Excellent balance of authentic sauce and cheese, served hot and right on time. My only critiques of the pie were the heavy flop on the first bite, aswell as the slightly burnt bottom. 7.1 will come again.
