Good pie, mediocre flop, I have to say the undercarriage on this bad boy was very impressive, but I think another two minutes in the oven wouldn’t have hurt. I’m a big Neapolitan guy but this didn’t impress me as much as I was expecting. Mediocre, likely the best pie in media.

(Posting this review a day later, needed to get the site added). Pizza is much fancier than normal pizza I review. Not too much crisp, but everything was fresh. The multiple cheeses is a interesting combo.
