Wow, kind of impressed, guy was down to his last 5 slices of pizza when we got here, looked old as fuck, he tossed them in the oven and my slice came right back from the dead. Pretty tasty. It was kind of on the lighter side and pretty crispy for Albany pizza. Decent taste to the sauce, and the cheese wasnt really greasy, good ratio of cheese sauce and dough. Dough was thin, had some chew to the outer crust. I liked it a lot. I want to try a fresh pie well done. Maybe tomorrow.
