Arizmendi Bakery (Lakeshore)

It might just be because I haven’t had it in a while but outstanding pizza. Super crispy, light, healthy, and delicious.

I bought the slice of the day which had cauliflower, leeks, pine nuts and pesto. The pizza is really good. The cook is well balanced with minimal flop. The ingredients taste really fresh. The sourdough crust had a good crisp and was tasty. Highly recommend.
