Standard Gluten Crust Review. First, I love that they use 00 flour from Italy. Good stuff! The crust was crisp and chewy, good char, sauce was ok, and the cheese was middle of the road. Would have rated it higher but the crust was pretty salty. Overall, one of the better pizzas in Sandpoint and worth a try.
