I love how people who watch Portnoy suddenly think that through osmosis they are experts. I feel like the death to food reviews is right around the corner. This is a no nonsense pizza spot. Hole in the wall. If you know you know. I’ve been to a lot of pizza spots. This is in my top ten. But look. When does Portnoy go to do reviews? When it’s slow!!! Pay attention. Don’t show up at a place when they are swamped! Morons

Easily my favorite pizza in the Boston area. Been eating this pizza since I was a kid in the 80’s going to school at St. Peters. The cheese is fantastic and has a nice saltiness to it and the sauce has a nice tang. The crust is thin but not too thin and has a nice chew. The Sicilian pizza is amazing too. My recommendation is if you’re getting a freshly made pizza go with the classic thin crust. If you’re just getting some heated up slices then go with the Sicilian. Also the hamburger pizza is fantastic too.
