Honestly I only rated this this high because of all the extra ingredients. They were good. Crust was good but nothing special. I don’t see myself really enjoying this pizza without all the extra ingredient. Was almost a compulsive decision once I seen roast beef and giardinara. I see why Davey didn’t think much of this pizza when he went to the Elmwood Park location.

Great Italian restaurant and amazing pizza. Home made ingredients make the pizza that much better, plus the well done cook is superb. If they were to just add a bit more to the girth of the cheese and ingredients this would be in the 8s. Phenomenal spot, great staff, for sure on the list.

Read about this place in Pizza City USA books. Turns out I live right by, so I had to grab one. They say Chicago’s best thin crust. I have to say they are definitely one of them. Pepperoni under the cheese. Old School. Cornmeal under the crust. Old School. I would say this is more tavern style than thin.

$5 for a slice (quarter of a pizza) and a can of soda. No flop, good cheese and sausage. Italian beef pizza with giardiniera is so good.
