Armetta's Restaurant & Pizza

This place is hoppin on a Friday night. Thought they were known for their square pizza but definitely had it wrong. The round is great, the crust is somewhere between light and football (kinda fluctuates by bite) but it’s firm, lacks crisp or char at the bottom, but makes up for it with overall flavor of sauce and cheese (sabs vibe?), could go with or without the extra sauce but I’d maybe lean light extra sauce in the future, it’s exactly what you look for with this style and almost went 8.5. Square was disappointing and brought overall score down, crust kinda dry like it was sitting out a while, the cheese is blah, definitely better with x-sauce. Some of these squares I grew up with that were known for the cheese seem to maybe need extra cheese now? Either way stick with the round.
