My first Art of Pizza encounter was 2 years ago with a slice of their classic cheese pie, and after smelling their delicious scents down the blocks for those years, I decided to return with a best friend visiting from out of town and was reminded of the classic art of Art of Pizza. Great size for your buck, filling, and flavorful, but way too much grease sitting on top of the pizza for my liking. The deep dish slice was soft and had the perfect ratio of sauce:cheese:crust. I’d keep Art of Pizza in the category of pizza places I’d return to every 2 years.
