Arte Pizza - Downtown

This pizza is fantastic. Everything I would expect in NYC. I am from Buffalo, NY and well we know pizza and this place I would put on par with NYC.

Solid wood fired Neapolitan style pizza. A little more sauce and cheese and it would easily be a 7.5. Great undercarriage, good crisp, good flavor, not greasy at all.

Sauce has no flavor. Not as crispy as it looks

Half pepperoni half white, very good especially for this area! Pepperoni tasted like a NY slice, good crust and flavor! White needed more garlic or flavor but very fresh and good. Will be back for sure.

Top tier wood fire pizza!

Marginal pizza but the Hugo salad was great!

****Tipsy McSway’s. Bruschetta flatbread. But more like a pizza. Service is super slowwwww. But I suppose that’s the south way of life.

This review is by my standards not Dave’s. Toppings and all were very good cheese was good but could’ve been a tad better(too stiff) very greasy and lots of flop was the downfall of this pie. This place gets points because of atmosphere though. I’m making the rules. Wasn’t anything too special, but was still a good slice.

Cheap cheese, weird but decent spiced sauce. Great crust
