Authentic Italian pie out of a wood-fired oven. Light on the sauce which I appreciate. Great cheese to dough ratio. Thin crust. Only thing holding it back is the flop, the outer edge is great, especially with that wood fired flavoured, but the middle is soft. A crispier undercarriage would easily push this into the 8’s.
