Authentic Italian pie out of a wood-fired oven. Light on the sauce which I appreciate. Great cheese to dough ratio. Thin crust. Only thing holding it back is the flop, the outer edge is great, especially with that wood fired flavoured, but the middle is soft. A crispier undercarriage would easily push this into the 8’s.

Everything about this pizza is 🔥🔥🔥🔥 one bite everyone knows the rules. No flop. Amazing undercarriage. The crust is great. This a solid 8.8 . That’s a review.

This pizza is hands down the best pizza I've had in this province. They are doing something really special here. Cash only, no delivery so you know it's legit. Friendly owners, Big pies, it's worth the trip. Don't forget to ask for a Nutella cookie, which just might be the best cookie you've ever had.
