Asaro’s Pizzeria Ristorante of Venice

Got the 10” lunch special. Not as crispy as I would like it to be and a little on the greasy side.

Some of the better pizza I’ve had in Venice. The dough is light and airy but firm, floppy towards the middle but undercarriage is consistent. The ingredients are fresh and sauce doesn’t taste like mass canned sauce. Solid pizza.

No flop, good sauce, little soupy but really enjoyed it. Especially for this area!

Foot ball pie A little doughy and very greasy Wouldn’t kick it out of bed for eating crackers.

Pretty good pie, quality for football and that kinda thing

Was wicked hungry after a long trip. Tasted good.

Little soupy, very traditional pie. Fastball gold medal basic neighborhood pie. Can’t go wrong good pie but nothing special.

Crust could use some crisp and more flavor. Sauce/cheese was good. Solid football pizza.

Good crust decent sauce overall good tasting pizza little more oil than I like.

One bite, everyone knows the rules! I got the Grandmas Sicilian and a pepperoni and cheese. Major flop and grease bed on the pep and cheese. It had little sauce that was sweet. The Sicilian has a chunky tomato sauce that was good, but nothing to write home about. Overall not too impressed.
