Ash Woodfired Pizza - They put a legit brick pizza oven in a food truck. New Haven Style (high heat, cooked quickly, resulting in a charred crust). Got a slice of pepperoni and a slice of bianca (no tomato sauce - just olive oil, salt, and cheese). Easily the best pizza I’ve had in a while. I kept saying “wow” while I was eating it and eventually my sister told me to shut up about the pizza (hours later). You know food is good when you literally cannot stop talking about it. I give it an 8.7 on the Portnoy Scale.
