Assante's Pizza

Humble, great service. The pizza was warm and sweet. Like a Viking’s dessert. So much garlic butter, ruled by garlic butter. The drawback is the sauce and body. The flavors were great, but it’s like they were made in two different stores and then put together at the last minute. Tangy Italian sauce👍👍, plus sweet, soft, buttery bread🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️ Seems like a mutt. But if you just want a super tasty, slightly confused pizza for an autumn evening. Go for it.

Remains one of the best pizzas in Richmond. The sauce is excellent, it’s tangy and always hits the spot. The pizza has to sit for a second and then minimal flop. A bit on the greasy side but the cheese and well done crust make it a really good pizza. Highly recommend the side of garlic sauce on the side.

Not gonna lie when I opened the box and saw this, my expectations werent very high.. However, once I took a bite, it was a slight surprise. The sauce is very sweet, but for $7 and some change for a 14”, its a good pie. No flop at all.
