Atomic Cowboy

Not a bad slice at all. Pretty good. Huge slices are usually a bit shit but this held its structure pretty well, was nice and thin, had a good crisp and flavor. Good place to grab a slice.

The place is very cool. Can be confusing to find. The place actually goes by 3 names, Denver Biscuit Company - Fat Sulley’s - Atomic Cowboy. Pizza was good. Huge slice with lots of flop. Undercarriage looks good for the flop it had. Not a lot of crunch in the slice. Crust had a nice chew to it. Sauce is unique. Tasted more like a spaghetti/pasta sauce. Overall, good pizza and price is great. You can order slice and whole pie.

Not bad if I'm hungry I'll eat it but cheese had wierd taste and more of a spaghetti sauce kind of taste but good crisp and undercarriage, I would say a little below decent

Real floppy, no crisp in the crust. Topping fall off while eating.

Monster flop

Good filling pizza. Nothing to great about it except the size . Too much flop. Don’t use the Parmesan on the table.

Sauce is very good, especially with the ratio of the crust. The crust is very thin and has some major flop, but still a good crunch. The undercarriage is a perfect oak brown that you only find in your dreams. 8.1 that’s a review.

Crust was good, and so were pepperonis. Sauce is also great! Overall, not very crispy.

This is probably the closest thing to NY style pizza that I have been able to find here in Kansas City. Amazingly good. Only thing I would ask for more is for the bottom to be a little more done. Flavor was amazing though!!!!
