OK another quarantine review this time in Attilio’s in what I believe is old Bridge. Hole in the wall type store front. The old man making the pizza looks quite seasoned and everyone was nice behind the counter. I really wanted to like this place on the strength of that but they can’t eat the pizza for me you know. As for the Pizza they give you a huge slice that’s for sure. Unfortunately bigger doesn’t mean better. The slice I got was definitely under cooked and it was a heavy slice dough wise.. The bottom still had a little bit of a crisp bite to it but because the top was over cooked it missed the mark. They also use a hell of a lot of cheese on top which would probably be a good thing if the slice was cooked a little more thoroughly. It’s a shame because this potentially could be a good slice but it’s lacking because of it not being cooked all the way. Sauce had a decent flavor as did the dough but there was just too much of it.. I also had the pepperoni slice which I don’t rate. I only rate The prez style classic cheese... The place has potential but I’m going to have to give a generous 6.1 on the review
