Typical Wood fired Neapolitan pizza. Great cheese, sauce had a nice flavor. Grana padana on top was a nice addition. Dough was aged very much, so the sour taste tends to dominate. Worth a trip if in the area.

Pizza was incredible! Especially during the Covid Pandemic. An excellent Neapolitan. Ingredients were very high quality out of real wood burning oven.

Alright Frankie! One bite, everybody knows the rules... except this time I ate half the pizza before I remembered I needed to review it! What I love about this pizza is the dough. It’s light, it’s sweet, and the CHAR on it is amazing. 800 degree wood-fired oven, accept no substitutes. This place is all about imported, hardcore Italian EVERYTHING! The wine, the people, all Italian. Huge fan!
