Aunt Lulu's NY Style Pizza and Kitchen

You always want a local small business to do well, especially one in a sad looking strip mall, but this pizza is just OK. Way to much cheese, to the point you are chewing on a clump of rubber in your mouth. Dough needs longer fermentation, no flavor.

The crust was nice and soft. I did enjoy the sauce. It had a different taste not in a bad way. The cheese was good too. I enjoyed the pizza.

Quite a bit of locals in the past posted how they really like this place on my Facebook groups. Dave Portnoy gave them a 7.8 and praised them for being a nice run business. 1. When Dave was here, and also today, he pointed out how dead the parking lot in this shopping plaza was. This is a real rural area, off the beaten path. 2. The slice was very large and very thin. 3. What stood out of all was their sauce. It had a slight spicy kick to it and a unique flavor that you won't find anywhere. It was very tasty, but just not traditional in flavor. The cheese and the dough were above average!

Good pizza. Do slice specials for lunch time. Kids approved and adults as well.

Tried the cheese and the grandma slice. Both crusts were great but the sauce was a little too strong for me. Very friendly staff, though.

Finally made it here after seeing Portnoy’s review a few months ago. Pizza was solid. Loved the sauce and crust; cheese was fresh and as I usually say could’ve used a bit more. Think I could up my score if I ordered extra cheese. Could have been a touch crunchier, but hard to pull off with this style. Will be back to try the Margherita, Grandmas and/or Grandpas. Waitress was friendly and answered my questions. Would be a nice touch if Lulu visited our table.

Very flavorful

We had the chicken parm pizza. It was pretty good! I’d love if they did a buffalo chicken pizza though. The place was busy too! Every seat was full when we went by 6pm on a Tuesday evening

Huge slices. Strong sauce taste but by far best in the area.

Alright Frank, at Aunt Lulu's in Boca....they were out of cheese only had a sausage/ricotta grandma's slice....this isn't a slice I would normally get....7.1, I will rescore if I'm ever back in this area.

I grew up next door when it was another owner. That was my favorite pizza place. I can officially say this place surpassed it!
