A mixture NY and deep dish pizza (medium dish?). Kind of a dive for track guys looking to break away from paddock food. Cheese and sauce always came off bland to me and made the whole pie just “meh”. People seem to rave about it, but I take it as they’re trying to show off that they frequent VIR and “know the area”. Will cure a pizza craving, but you’ll desire more flavor.
