Aurelio's Pizza

Better than average , almost like a pan crust but thin pizza. Sauce is different very sweet!

Ok. Sausage, onion, mushroom. A little bland, mushrooms were great.

Good cheese, good crust, nice crunch. Asked for it well done, asked for well done and came a little burnt in the best way. Really good.

Slices are very inconsistent. One slice might have a crunchy crust, the next will be soft and have some flop. Sauce has some good flavor, and they use some special cheese which isn’t bad. You can’t give this a fair score based off the slices alone, the full pies are better and more consistent. The score is based off this specific slice.

This is what I’d like to call the last resort slice. I guy from Queens New York, where pizza is holy to us and after looking everywhere that sells single slices of pizza this pizza was a meh. There is no cheese pull, the crust is like a cracker, and overall quite greasy. This slice has been locked inside a display like a wax figure for god knows how long, and frankly it shows. I would like to note though that is not a review of their pies, only on the slice, so for those of you who want to watch a movie at Tívoli and have a slice before the show I recommend getting popcorn, at least that’s got flavor.

I know this is normally a cheese pizza review but I had to get some meat on this pizza. Too much though... it made it greasy and too much to eat. Totally different from traditional Chicago pizza. Best thin crust in the city and the cheese pizza is about a 6.8 on the scale
