Cooked perfectly and has very solid crust. No flop despite its initial appearance. Not a whole lot of flavor in the cheese and the sauce is lighter than most, but the whole package works together.

Great Pizza. Although you don’t go to Avellinos and just get a slice(s), you have to get the whole pie(it’s more consistent getting the whole pie plus it’s fresh and hasn’t been sitting). Good crust with a nice layer of sauce and cheese to compliment it. One bite.
