I'm very impressed with my lunch from these guys. The Sicilian slice had a beautiful golden color, the perfect texture crust, the only nitpick was the sauce could have been more flavorful. 7.8 The Buffalo Chicken slice was to die for!! The chicken tasted and felt fresh and crisp, the wing sauce was wonderful, the crust was perfect and the blue cheese was just icing on the cake. 9.3/9.5 with blue cheese on top BONUS GARLIC KNOTS REVIEW: Very tasty with the garlic being extremely strong, which I loved but had to eat 3 Mentos to get the aftertaste out of my mouth! 7.4 Verdict: a must have! They even offer angus beef ribeye steak at a reasonable price (for steak) which I'll try next time!

Note: I ordered a slice not a fresh whole pizza. On a whim, I decided to get a slice here after devouring a small pizza at Baci’s after a 11 hour fast, because it’s only a few minutes away: It did not compare that well. The 2-3 minutes they took to warm the slice probably wasn’t enough, but even then, it was a bland, average slice. More cheese then sauce, not particularly greasy, crust was decent, can’t tell you what the sauce tasted like, wasn’t enough on it that I could tell you how it tasted, nor the cheese either. I would’ve enjoyed it more with garlic and oregano shaken on top. I was disappointed. Anyway, just a preliminary score, as is, but I can’t see giving the pizza more than a low 7 at most on my scale. Or a high 5 or low 6 on the bottom range of my scale. Maybe will come back but this was average.

Served Luke warm in 1-2 minutes, this makes it impossible to give a solid review because everything was bland due to the lack of heat. The undercarriage has a solid “tri-village” crisp and a tiny flop. The sauce is good but not much of a tang. The mozzarella is ok (can’t really tell since it was so cold) I can only imagine how good this would be if it were hot. What a shame! •Review Note• I was very excited to try this place and I really wanted to like it. There was zero other people in the shop and there were two workers at the time I ordered. So I’m not sure why they rushed the cooking time. I review the slices as they are presented, the score will reflect the total experience not just the slice.

Avellino’s. Another one of the “Tri-Village” pizza spots. They got it right. Crust is very crisp and tasty. Cheese had a bit of oil but it was ok. I did a light pat and enjoyed the flavor. Sauce was very good as well. If you’re in the Tri-village definitely give them a try! Very good pizza.

Very good pizza, one of the best in the area. Good sauce, great crust.
