Pizza Review
Very special review for me because I got to do it with the owners daughter so it was a double treat! Pres reviewed spot so it’s a must try. Restaurant is very nice awesome First date atmosphere like the Fayetteville location. Nice dinner side and nice pizza side which I love. Booth accommodation all the way around which is cool. Now to the pie. Different then Fayetteville location coal fired vs conventional style oven so gives the crust a totally different crisp. Good solid New York style pie isn’t the word for this. If I lived in the 315 this would be my go to pie for a quick work lunch a Wednesday dinner or a Saturday night with the boys garage pie to munch on while telling good stories. Solid sauce which is homemade everyday. Probably my favorite sauce ever. Cheese is decent slightly above average. Crust was floppy at the end but as I worked my way to the end the crisp stepped up and by the crust bites was phenomenal. This is a good solid New York style pie will have again. Great staff great owners awesome local place to support. And the owners daughter is pretty cool to. Will come back
