Aviva Brick Oven

Back in the Pittsburgh area for the first weekend in over a month. PlayStation Network is down so I’m trying to cross some places off the list to try. Overall I was pretty disappointed with this spot. Every bite is so soft and there is no hint of crisp anywhere. All I could taste is cheese my first couple of bites, and once I finally tasted the sauce it tasted like something you could buy at the store! The cheese actually tasted pretty good, but it was a grease magnet and I couldn’t even pick up the greasier slices without everything falling off. The more I ate this pizza the more things I found wrong with it, but the sauce it what really throws me off. There’s a lot of great food in this area, and I really can’t include this place.
