Pizza Review
Served very warm in 3-4 minutes with a light Phillipstown crisp and a little Continental Village flop. First Bite Score: 6.8 The sauce is good but slightly over seasoned with an odd tang that tastes like Adobo or Garlic powder. The combination of that and salt is too much and it overpowers the other elements of this slice. The mozzarella is average and hard to judge because of the very strong sauce. The dough recipe is generic and basic. There is a decent crunch on the crust but it lacks salt. Sub Score: 6.9 With another minute under the heat and better quality cheese this slice could a mid 7.0’s candidate. The largest issue is the flavoring of the sauce. The levels need to be turned down so you can enjoy and taste the other ingredients in the slice Final Score...
