B & F House of Pizza

Doing my very best not to be partial in my judgement of this slice from B&F House of Pizza in Waltham. A neighborhood favorite for locals and a shop that I’ve given a fair share of business to over the years. This slice was nothing to go crazy about. A very glaring weak point is the unequal distribution of sauce. While the crust boasts ideal texture, I was disappointed by the lack of flop, probably attributed to the abnormal thickness of the slice. The absence of any sort grease made consumption very bland and uninteresting. In all, I cannot say I fully enjoyed this pizza. I’ve been in the area long enough to know the pizza I received does not in entirety represent the overall quality of this establishment. However, it appears your experience at B&F House of Pizza may be more volatile than one’s liking.
