This unique pie nestled between Brockway and Brockport. The BP in has been long established along route 219. People may think BP stands for Brockport. However, it stands for Buffalo Pittsburgh as route 219 is the Buffalo Pittsburgh Highway. Anyway the pizza was good but could’ve been better. Very floppy but had immense flavor. Not as crispy as I liked but that’s ok. The sauce was on the sweeter side and the crust had a crisp texture but lacked structure. The pizza was overall stupendous which was nice to see. I give this a solid 6.0 because of its lack of crispness and the amount of flop it had.
