All right everybody, it’s pizza review time! This time we’re at Bacchus wood fired in Troy. It was on my list for a while, and kept getting passed over for one reason or another. Then someone used Bacchus in a sentance, and realized it wasn’t a last name. Winechick said “only Bacchus knows when”. So I googled it and found out it’s actually the Greek or Roman god of wine. Anyway, that brought back on my list and I knocked of the list tonight. I should have read the description. I read Margherita and took it as that. I ordered a 12” Margherita and that’s what I got. No sauce, all cheese, tomato slices and baked in basil, oh ad garlic infused olive oil. Date night pizza place for sure. 8” and 12” pies, all specialty, no regular, no Neapolitan, this was the closest. Not for me, not my style at all. I couldn’t figure it out until I got home read their description. It’s “their take” on Margherita. Decent crisp, but that’s the good. It’s checked off the list. 5.6, that’s a review
