Bacco Centro

A lot to like here. Quality sauce and tomatoes. Cheese is very good and not too greasy. Outer crust is terrific and very crisp. The only issue I had was the rest of the crust was a bit doughy. The bottom was cooked well, but the dough was so think it had a lot of flop and just didn’t have enough crisp to it. Much higher score if the crust was crisper.
