Pizza Review
I mean it’s a good attempt. Brick oven pizza, in my option, would taste more light and fresh. I didn’t go fancy with the pizza choices and kept it simple. Per Dave’s rules: minimal flop, great undercarriage…NEEDS more bubbly crust (higher hydration during fermentation period of dough) and better sauce. In other notes: our server was freaking AWESOME! Best server in years!
