This is my favorite Pizza in Nsb. It’s very consistent, you always know what you are going to get (this is their traditional, they have a wood fire option as well). It has very thin, super light crust. The cheese to sauce ratio is very good. Always very fresh tasting, high quality pizza. If I had one critique, I would like it to be a bit crispier. You get the occasional flop. Over all it’s great pizza! Couple extra points for hometown favorite!!! 🍕🍕🍕

Staff was amazing food looked amazing …. Not too much flop crust is excellent bite into the pizza and no flavor whatsoever. Sauce is so bland. Hated to give this score because i wanted it to be awesome because the employees were so nice but no flavor can’t be a great score sorry.

A little floppy at first so I was not anticipating how good it tasted. Dough is thin and sauce is perfect. Ask for medium well. Dave would probably score this an 8.1

Wood oven pizza, pepperoni was probably a little better cooked than the plain. Fresh ingredients, intense flop, but also an amazing meat sauce. So, maybe, try the pasta dishes as well. First of a few entries in New Smyrna, Florida.

Fresh crust with just the right amount of char. Sauce was rich and flavorful. All the ingredients were fresh and you could tell. The fresh basil on top added just the right amount of freshness. Try this pizza in person the atmosphere was a vibe and pizza best fresh out of the oven.

Great pie for FL. Reminds me of plenty of pies I’ve had back home in NY. Mice crisp to the crust, light enough you could eat a few. Solid overall pie with great taste. About as good as it gets down here. I will from now on be going to only to Baci and Prima whenever I’m in the area. Very pleased.

Ok so far best pizza in the New Smyrna area. Crust was extremely thin but kept that great crust feel and taste. (Wasn’t like a cracker). So crust was over and 8 cheese, pepperoni was over an 8 as well. The only thing holding it back for me to put it in the 8’s is the sauce wasn’t strong flavor but it was good might have just needed a little more of it. Overall very very good. It’s a must if your are in the area.

Really liked this pizza. Hardly any flop. Crispy thin crust. Taste good. Would have liked a bit more cheese but deserves a very good score. Will come back.

From my favorites in CT, Sally’s & Pepe’s to Long Island New York style, tough to reproduce in New Smyrna Beach, FL, but the New Yorkers from Baci come really close. My wife’s favorite! Dave, worth a trip to NSB, FL!

Pizza was thin and the crust was actually very light. Could have been a little more well done, there was a slight "flop." Undercarriage left more crisp to be desired. What was lacking was any flavor in the sauce. Very basic, generic tomatoe sauce that was best described as a "plain" taste. Cheese was good and not greasy. This pizza def had aspects of NY style to it but fell short of the classic NY style pizza. Has great potential.
