Couldn’t take a pic before we started to eat. The moment we picked up this pie from the shop, my mouth began to water, the fresh smell that caught my nose brought me back to mama’s home cooked meals. The worst part of this whole experience was having to fight the urge to eat it on the drive back home. This pie had a good amount of flop, great undercarriage tho. The ingredients taste so fresh and the crust is perfectly crunchy. Easily the best pizza I’ve had in New Mexico. It’s great cold too, nothing like some good second day pizza out of the fridge.
