I can guarantee that you haven’t had a crust crunch like this in Austin. Don’t get it delivered, go to metric, this is in the parking lot of a brewery. It’s a bit greasy, the tip of the pizza had some flop but the crunch on the backend is nuts I’m not sure what kind of oven they are using but it sure as hell looked and felt like a coal fire oven. Real Mozzarella large thin sliced pepperoni, sauce had good tang. I’m for sure gonna have a second go and try it again to be sure but I’m giving this pizza an 8.4 I really enjoyed it.
