Like this spot. I don’t know if it’s COVID or what but this pizza needed salt. In the sauce, in the crust, in general. The crust has a great texture, nice crisp and char. The staff is awesome. Would have given it a higher score by far if I didn’t have to add salt to make the flavors sing. Definitely coming back after the COVID craziness passes to give it another shot. Still spoiled by the White Labs Zzza in Asheville. A lot to live up to for any brewery or pizza.

This is as good as a Neapolitan can get. If the prez starts them at 6.8 then this is a 7.5. I’ve had Neapolitan’s that the Prez has rated and this is just as good as them.

Carolina bbq is a stunner, unique as hell. Everything else was average. The beer terrible. Carolina is a 8.2, everything else a 5.

Alright Frankie...enjoying a southern belle in Charleston. Baker & Brewer. Pretty sure they took a pizza shop (Evo) and mixed in Holy City Brewing to make a pizza and craft beer location...it’s a nice collab. It’s some fancy pizza with some fancy beer. The more you have of one, the better the other tastes. Overall, pie was very fresh. Nice texture and crunch to the dough. Toppings were fresh. Little salty, but it had a lot of meats on the pizza, so that can’t be criticized. It’s a decent pie. Drink a Henry Jones (Indiana?) and some southern charm pizza.

I’m a Neapolitan fan so I was excited going into this, but this thing was verryyy basic. The sauce didn’t taste like much. Not enough tang. Got the job done but nothing special.

Good crust, good cheese and sauce ratio. Bottom crust wasnt crispy, a little too doughy and chewy for how thin it was.

Artisan Pizzas, not your average snag a slice spot. Crushing it though as far as Pizza is concerned. Light floppage, brick over pizza. Mushroom Havarti.

Crust caves alert 💯. Savory as a mother, but missing that extra penash to finish off the bite. more cheese, a sauce, something is missing to bump it up. Neapolitan style so you know the deal.
